Hotel Mediterran

Great value for money. Extremely friendly staff, especially the receptionists who all speak perfect English and are very helpful with different kinds of requests. The location is very good, very close to bus and tram stops, and public transport is a good way to move across Budapest. The room is nice and clean. Breakfast very good, all kinds of foods, eggs, Frankfurter, vegetables, musli, croissants...

The location is good, only three bus stops to the Danube river. The breakfast was also good, nothing fancy, but there is something for everyone's taste. Free parking in the underground garage. Personnel was very polite and helpful.

Nice staff. Cleanliness (e.g., during breakfasts, tablecloths changed for each newcomer). Breakfasts. Close to the Buda center, either by trams or easily and safely by walking in 30 minutes through nice streets and parks. Good and cheap (compared to city center) restaurant 50 m from the hotel (on the corner at the tram stop).

The room was clean, quite spacious and quiet. Breakfast was pretty good, I really liked the coffee. Bed was comfortable, we had AC in the room working properly. Fortunately we had a free parking spot in front of the hotel, otherwise we had to park our car 50-100 meters under a bridge, not the safest option ( or pay 10 euros for the underground parking ). They also had a sauna and jaccuzi for only 6 euro / person which was a nice touch in my opinion.

Good location for gettion around with public transport. I had a clean and reasonably modern room, and since I asked for a quiet one, it was on the rear, so had no problem with traffic noise. The AC worked as expected, and kept out the July heat, even on the top floor.
